History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Healer. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Paelias took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and is pretty ugly. His cinnamon fur is knotted and matted. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: He wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Snafû was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: She wears a tan Stetson hat and tan clothes. She has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her hair is long and white with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small tan clips. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is a Bounty Hunter first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Drusilia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 12 years.
