His hair is long and white with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Pirithin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He wears baggy red pantaloons and a pastel scarf. He carries with him a set of morningstars, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is always cut to a buzz. This blue eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ulblyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the south to a Dyer, Paggen learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dyer. He tends to his Dyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and regain custody of her son
