History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Aline was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Courier. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands.
