Description: This man is very fat, and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Glim embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mason and was forced into it by his family.

She is dressed in earthy colors with a white and red handkerchief worn on her right side. Her golden hair is braided into rings. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Vani was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to protect her home

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Brakka and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
