History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Watson never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Valida was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it
