Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Pennie embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When Pennie reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Silent was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
