Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Scrag was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
