History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Carrie was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. After coming to the age of reason, Carrie took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Jasmine was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
