History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Through the years after Manfred was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Manfred's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.
