History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in the west to a Baker, Valanthe learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Motivation: She wants to get laid; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She has all her life been fascinated with music.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has never given up on her music dream.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Description: This man dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a yellow coat with brown slacks. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length white hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Nybarg enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Gifted from a young age, Nybarg studied abroad. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
