Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: Akmen is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
