History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are likewise violet. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Anne isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anne grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anne. She's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Alvyn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Alvyn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption
