Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in the east to a Barkeep, Eloise learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
