Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Dustin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
