Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized yellow coat. His golden hair is long and unkept. He has brown eyes and a yellow hat with a violet feather.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult
