Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Elama was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Elama fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Mishann will drive conversation. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Mishann was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). During her travels, Mishann and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Mishann discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Mishann fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Shifting alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to prove her worth to the world
