Personality: Ellyjoybell wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. During his travels, Frouse and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Frouse discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Frouse fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
