Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her youth she was part of a gang.
