History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Megged was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and someone believes her a fraud

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This woman tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her white hair is thinning but still full. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and to be a merchant again
