She prefers to carry a shield, but if one is not available she will default to her kukri. She has a hunchback. Her crest, while still mostly scarlet, has prominent grey streaks. Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She tends to wear a tan poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She has styled her golden hair well, parting it to the right. She has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. His hair is white and curly. His eyes are likewise red. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He uses divination through singing.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Justin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and doesn't want to be a brewer and was forced into it by his family

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a hammer on his belt. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. The war was a terrible time for him, and Wiggens does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.
