History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. Personality: Ruloth speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and doesn't want to be a spy and was forced into it by her family

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like her out of the picture
