History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Frederick was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fortune-teller. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother.
