Description: Standing 5'0", this man wears a tan vest and prefers black and blue shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has no hair. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. Through the years after Varis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Varis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Frederick is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Gifted from a young age, Frederick studied abroad. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Armorer, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her black hair is greasy and uncared for. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She hates Tieflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is an amazing painter.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: She is in excellent shape and wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her green crest is unkempt and raggedy. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady red eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Sage born in the past three hundred years. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Megren was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Megren abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
