History: Giselle lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has worked as a Performer like her mother before her.

History: She got into the Courier business at a young age. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'8" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a trident on her belt. Her red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Anastrianna liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Rhogar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Rhogar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He got into the Dyer business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dyer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
