Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: 4'0" and muscular, this northern woman tends to wear a large grey jacket. Her brown hair is smooth and relatively long. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her violet eyes.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and her religion dominates her actions

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. A freak accident while working with her Shipwright mother left her crippled. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born in the east. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
