Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He wears his golden hair up. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Norûk is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Norûk lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She wears a tan top hat and tan clothes. She has a long white ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cumpen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the south to a Carpenter, Cumpen learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She became a Carpenter soon after.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and balancing her hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult

Description: She is in excellent shape and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Sorath was born on a far southern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Seamstress. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Seamstress responsibilities is difficult; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a red armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and wants to work out more often

Voice: Laughs frequently while speaking

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy red stubble. He prefers to wear grey clothing when he does not wear armor. He has a hunchback. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
