History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Aline alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and further expansion of business

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Animal Trainer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he has a crush on the local animal trainer

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
