History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fortune-teller.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

History: She is a Doppelganger in disguise. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Cloak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.
