Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. His fierce black eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Balam took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balam fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: This man is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: The child of a Interpreter, who enjoyed hunting, Whurbin was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he has a crush on the local interpreter

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. He keeps his white crest in a pixie cut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Pijjirik hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Pijjirik was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Healer. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
