History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Being a Stableman kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Mantus hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Painter. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mantus fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sorath grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.
