History: Paela lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She bought a lance and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants to raise her children well

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His dark red hair is singed and shortened. His white eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she dresses like a well dressed Map Maker does. She wears her chestnut hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are brown.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Syllin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She became a Map Maker soon after.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears skinny pants and wears a brown and pastel robe with the hood down. Her blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. Her eyes are violet and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Juliana's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

Description: She is a mite stocky and prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her chestnut hair is still thick. She has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Helgret embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Helgret hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she has money and likes to spend it
