Her silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: He was born in the west. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Balam alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
