Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tod grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tod. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
