History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a blue armored body suit, with a simple violet line shooting up and back down. Her chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Gardener business.

History: Unvera was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and revenge

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Mercenary born in the past three hundred years. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand her business.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against gnolls
