Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. The war was a terrible time for him, and Zaffrab does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Zaffrab was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
