Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A true patriot, Robert would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Robert was born with his mother's beautiful face. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Torbera is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
