Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jane embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Jade speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tabaxis.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Jade was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
