History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: The child of a Detective, who enjoyed hunting, Rhogar was taken on many hunting expeditions. Through the years after Rhogar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rhogar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.
