History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Galinndan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Galinndan. He struck the Gardener job and began his own company from there.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cloak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
