History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 45. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Jillian lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now owns her own business.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Oloric has worked very hard to control his curse. He tends to his Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his quarterstaff, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. His black hair is singed and shortened. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
