History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Ilanis learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.
