Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Gifted from a young age, Morthos studied abroad. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Morthos was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Cumpen is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: The child of a Mortician, who enjoyed hunting, Fallond was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mortician they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
