History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length blonde hair. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gifted student she started as a Weaver, but she got bored and became a Courier. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
