History: Cockaby hails from a village terrorized by drow. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. Being a Baker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He comes from a rich western family. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
