History: Arara was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

Motivation: To be a Priest again; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Stableman born in the past three hundred years. The war was a terrible time for him, and Elegant does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the north to a Stableman, Elegant learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.
