History: Born to a Mortician, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and a deep hatred of brigands

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Gruk alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has never given up on her painting dream.
