Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Banker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. History: He was born in the south. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
