Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Cecily lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student she started as a Bellfounder, but she got bored and became a Navigator. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born in the north to a Mercenary, Beast learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mercenary for hire.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is unsatisfied with his job
