Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Heian never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a brown shirt with thin red vertical stripes and blue pants. His brown fur is greasy and uncared for. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he is typically in his Cartwright uniform, and is pretty ugly. His black hair is braided into rings. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Oriax took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult; and to be a crown-heir again
