Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Phann was born the youngest of three triplets. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Phann alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Phann was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against brigands

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she wants revenge against illithids

Description: This slender man stands about 4'10". He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has no hair. This violet eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. With wild auburn hair. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Myria is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born in a small forest village. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Barkeep they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Sculptor, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise her children well
